Trent University selected Barry Bryan Associates to design their Durham Region Campus Expansion which was to include a bold and distinctive design to encompass increased academic space located over 2 floors, and an additional of 4 floors of student residence above consisting of 200 beds.

BBA obtained the concept and completely redeveloped the project to increase aesthetics, street presence and community identification, AODA and Barrier Free improvements as well as overall project quality.
