The project involved converting an existing elementary school into a new post-secondary institution, featuring new laboratory spaces, large divisible lecture rooms, seminar rooms, computer labs, and a biology lab.

The work included coordination of mechanical HVAC systems, mechanical upgrades and renovations, as well as electrical and IT/communications infrastructure. The project was delivered using a fast-track, sequential tender approach.
