Conversion of an existing elementary school for use as a new post-secondary institution. New lab, large dividable lecture rooms, various small seminar rooms, computer labs, and Biology lab. Coordination of associated new mechanical HVAC, mechanical additions and renovations and electrical and IT/Comms upgrades. Completed using fast-track sequential tender schedule.
