The affordable multi-residential development in Lindsay On., will provide housing for approximately two-hundred and fifty (250) potential residents with 108 residential units, with a consistent unit-mix typology of on-, two-and three-bedroom units.

The proposed affordable development will provide a modern, sustainable and affordable living environment through a renewed urban presence within the Town of Lindsay Ontario. The affordable development will provide parking for 48 cars underground and 36 cars on the surface with covered areas on the ground floor. The affordable development will also provide interior ground floor and exterior roof amenity areas for residents.
