The proposed development at 290 Old Harwood Avenue North, attempts to provide multi- residential density through a proposed mid- rise, six-storey multi-residential building which will offer market and affordable rental apartment units to seniors. The proposed development has been designed to align with elements of the existing local urban design principles along Old Harwood Ave.

The proposed development will provide one-hundred and twenty-four units (124) with a typology mix of one and two-bedroom suites. The ground floor will provide a community bistro area, private health services clinic and community amenity areas for resident events and community spaces. The upper floor will also provide an interior and exterior roof areas for fitness and community activity through the green roof areas and programmed landscape spaces.
