Fanshawe Medical Centre

The Richmond Hill Centre is a local community medical centre providing doctor suites, pharmacy and related health care space.

The assignment included consultation with London Planning Department to address concerns for the new centre to fit into existing neighbourhood. Competitive cost analysis concluded an insulated concrete tilt-up building was more economical and facilitated construction adjacent to neighboring properties. Project was completed using construction management.
