Durham College Skills Training Centre Expansion

Durham College was in need of design-build services for expanding the current Skills Training Centre at its Whitby campus, situated at 1610 Champlain Ave in Whitby. The structure, spanning around 58,500 square feet, is planned to accommodate additional laboratories, workshops, classrooms, and spaces for general administration.
