Durham College Skills Training Centre
Durham College required the design and construction of a new two-storey building addition, approximately 8,500 sf for each floor, with a one storey high bay shop (approximately 20,000 sf) at the north end of the Skills Training Centre.
The addition for the new technology workshop areas included classrooms, faculty offices, Biology labs, and High Bay area for mechanical technology (HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry) and washrooms.
