Elgin Park Redevelopment Project

The new development involved creating a series of alternating 4-plex and 6-plex buildings to be constructed on existing property and included 14 one-bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom units, 10 three bedroom units, and 6 four-bedroom units for a total of 40 units, with parking along the rear of the lots and to be serviced through an access road. It also included a park in the centre of the units with designated space for garbage and recycling bins. Design LEED Silver Certification.

BBA worked closely with The Corporation of the County of Northumberland and other project stakeholders to review the project schedule, the required deliverables and the methodology and process to execute the required work.
