The new clubhouse at Roselea park is a gathering space for club members during the tennis season. The 1-storey clubhouse is a 92 sq. m. modular building that includes a lounge, kitchenette, and washrooms, complete with a viewing deck for the surrounding tennis courts.

The building is elevated on concrete piers 4ft above grade allowing for optimal viewing and additional storage beneath the building and deck. The new build will replace the existing clubhouse of similar size. The scope of the project also includes rebuilding one of the existing green clay tennis courts.
