440 Bloor St. E, Transitional Housing

The development proposed to 454 Bloor Street East, Oshawa, is a transitional housing development for Durham Cornerstone. Our office has developed a holistic design which aims to provide quality housing with additional outdoor amenity spaces aimed at connecting the new development to the existing Durham Cornerstone residential apartment building to the East of the new development.

The project redevelops the under used parking lot adjacent to the organizations existing 3 Storey housing project and will help the organization continue to expand and develop their work in the community.
